A great break
Posted 18 Oct 2021 on HotelsThe hotel managed the COVID factor very well indeed with visible extra cleaning taking place both inside and the pool areas (sun loungers). The room was very comfortable indeed and again kept very clean. We felt very safe and both guests and staff adhered to the mask wearing protocols. The hotel is well positioned as we like to walk into area rather than step into them but is only a 15 min walk to the main strip.
Food at the evening was exceptional both in quality and choice. We went half board but we had the option of having lunch rather than dinner which gave us the flexibility of eating out.
Plenty of nightly entertainment available with a variety of acts and black jack and pool tables.
Staff were very helpful when needed and we experienced nothing that would keep us from revisiting.
Would recommend the sea view rooms and the higher the better.

Dear anonymous customer.
Instead of saying that the hotel and we are horrible, maybe you should contact your travel agency and ask for explanations:
The hotel was closed, we opened on July 22, a month before the scheduled date. The travel agencies were informed. For the reservations they had made, we offered them the H10 Rubicón Palace (5 *****) without supplement. Some travel agencies did not reply. We still made reservations for their clients at the Rubicon.
If you are a good and fair person, you will withdraw this bad comment about the hotel.

Enjoyed adults only , so was. nice and peaceful . Nice hotel but requires some updating in the rooms . Food buffet was ok lots of choices but some food was bland. Staff friendly, entertainment in the evenings which was ok. Lovely big swimming pool but was so cold , needs some heating.

Beautiful place. Excellent food. We stayed half board - the variety of food for both breakfast and evening dinner was excellent - so much variety and beautifully laid out. Each evening, there was a different theme for dinner so eating was delightful.
Our room, whilst specious and with a fine sea view, was a little dated but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and have no problem recommending this hotel for anyone looking for a relaxing holiday.

An amazing hotel. As the hotel is on the sea front, there are amazing views from the property. There is a path leading from the hotel, along the sea front, that takes you directly to Playa Blanca which is a beautiful walk. Staff were extremely kind and helpful, peppery was spotless, A/C in room worked great, and the food was good too.
