"Hotel was in a very central location, close to everything. The Langham Mall is literally across the hotel and train station was 5 mins walk away. At first, they couldn’t find our booking when we arrived so there was a delay with checking in, however they upgraded us to the Chairman Suite which is the grandest suite we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the breakfast buffet had lots of choice and staff was really friendly and attentive to our young children. We will definitely return again."

"This hotel was well worth the price. We stayed at the end of September for 2 nights. The hotel lobby is very beautiful and spacious. We ate at the buffet breakfast and it has a large selection of western and Asian cusine. Is a bit pricy for children who do not eat much food. However when on holidays you expect to eat out a majority of the time. We stayed in a Seaview room and I recommend this. Was a lovely view. The room in general is quite spacious. Love all the small details in the room and the furnishings/artwork. Definitely utilise the Disney shuttle bus. The humidity makes walking to Disneyland unbearable. Again we travelled at the end of September. It is worth purchasing small hand held fans especially if you are with small children or simply not used to the humidity."
