Bugs in my hotel room, staff didn’t address the issue, pool was extremely cold, water didn’t operate from the sink, shower head falling off in shower.

The faucet in bathroom had very little pressure, so shaving and brushing teeth took longer than it should have. The tub/shower dripped constantly after trying to turn off. There were ants on the night stand, I could not find source. The patchy paint work, made it feel like a creepy, not well maintained facility.

The person that checked us in was very friendly and accommodating. Also, our room and the entire hotel was very clean.

This place smelled so bad in there I started getting nauseous. It was hot and humid in the rooms and elevators. The roomed smelled like old laundry and super old soiled furniture. Definitely not worth the price

I don't believe the air worked in my room. No hot water, the check I was a breeze. I had to pay a deposit of $100 but to get the deposit back front desk has to look over the room before you check out ( never seen that before). Ppl up and down the hall playing and laughing majority of the night but the hotel clearly has posted quite time after 10 pm. The room was not worth $198.
