The elevator was not working during our visit. Staff was upfront about it and very accommodating

Linens and bedding were very clean, but carpet, wallpaper, fixtures very outdated. Leather covers on the seats in the shared spaces were all cracked and ripped. Furniture in bad condition. Possibly new management that is trying to update? No complaints on the bedding and towels and bathroom, all clean.

I just had surgery on my ankle a few min ago and wasn’t informed about this hotel the Confort inn on canal rd elevators not working it econvince me to the fullest extent I would like to be confinsated for my stay

The gentleman at the desk when we checked in was not friendly. Once we were checked in, we headed to the elevator and it was out of order.

This place had an odor and stunk. The carpets are disgusting. The hallway smelled of urine. It was gross.
