They didn't have the room I booked and then told me how lucky I was to get a bigger room so 2 adults could sleep on a sofa bed

When I called to request an early check-in, as one of the guests was coming in from another state, I was told that if I wanted to guarantee that we were able to check in early, we would have to pay a $25 fee upon arrival. We agreed, but when we checked in, we were told that that is not a policy by the woman who checked us in. I spoke with a man when I called. You should be consistent on that policy as a staff, or it looks kind of sketchy.

The staff was friendly and professional. They were very helpful as evident in the way the desk clerk sent housekeeping to show me how to operate the windows shades.
Their breakfast is a hit: hot! delicious and plentiful!
I enjoyed my stay.

We stayed for 3 nights. The room was a good size. It was clean and quiet.
