Although the property was not fully open it didn’t deter from a very pleasant stay. It was unfortunate that the pub attached was not open but Angie was very helpful and booked a table at a nearby restaurant for an evening meal. The breakfast cooked by Angie the following day was lovely. All should be fully functioning by early July, we will try to get back for another visit

Disappointing
Posted 10 Jan 2024 on HotelsDisappointing, no food service the evening i stayed which is really inconvenient as its in the middle of nowhere. Pub itself was shut at 7.30pm so couldn't get a drink after travelling for food

A lovely small hotel attached to a pub, set in a fine semi rural location. Modern clean rooms, spacious car park, and hospitable staff.

Very nice very clean modern room BUT we don't know why anyone would spend serious money renovating an old pub to end up with paper thin connecting walls - we were 'enertained' by our couple in room two having loud sex and loud talking until about 1am
Unfortunately will not be returning.

A comfortable place to stay
