Room is clean. Bathroom needs some work, loose shower head, no hooks on door to hang clothes.

Property is not of hotel standard but the cleanliness and basic things in the room like towels are not dry and crisp, discoloured from overuse and stains visible on the towels.
Toilet provided toiletries that were half used and still wet on the tray it sat on. The bath area got stuck with water after 2 nights which we managed to resolve after removing the lid over the drain.
My youngest daughter got burnt from the steaming hot water that was flowing out of the shower. Not sure why the water was so hot, could be coz we were at the end of the rooms where the water straight from the heater dispense from.
Buffet breakfast did not start on time at 7.30am and the food were not warmed up for the arrival of the guests. Eventually we only got to sit and eat at 7.45am. One of the bread had mould on it. It was horrendous.
It is not a hotel but a motel and the photos of the villa were deceiving. It was definitely disappointing.

Noisy, especially rooms near to pool. Children screaming, running around. Towel not clean, better bring your own towel. All are basic only do not expect more.
