It’s a luxury palace with no services. The property is excellent but it’s managed by kids as They are doing the check in and check out . I was looking for a help suddenly I found the receptionist swimming in the pool . They are not offering any kind of help even I have to tell them about cleaning my room , one day I didn’t tell them they didn’t clean. Hotel restaurant is not working. I can’t order any thing through the phone ( no phone in my room ) they negatively affected my vacation I don’t know really what to say .

Staff is very kind.
I did not find a dryer. I should have asked the staff about a dryer.

Excellence stay. Clean rooms. Parking space provided. Friendly staffs. Walking distance to chenang beach with many shops n restaurant. Near to adya chenang hotel.
