Outdated and poorly maintained property, staff are no where to see, poor air conditioning and no restaurant service.

Worst stay experience in my life so far. This property looked like a dead place. They took good 30 min to find my booking when I reached. Eventually agreed that it is there.
The hotel has zero maintenance. No facilities. No amenities. Restaurant closed. Nothing to eat and order. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.

Mud beach resort

The property is in urgent need of a renovation. From walls that had water leaks and haven’t been repainted in decades to dirty pool mats to a “beach” that you can’t swim in, this was overall just a bit of a shock.

I thought room service menu is very high standard. All staff are very kind and helpful. The room has a small bed for kid is really nice.

The property is in a very bad condition. Please do not stay here. Room was full of red insects which can bite.
