Nice hotel with excellent views location is very quiet. Staff were very friendly and always helpful. Only issue was limited dining options and the breakfast which was often served cold and the coffee was awfull

Overall this hotel was lovely. Staff were fantastic ,friendly and helpful. Swimming pool is very beautiful. Location was perfect for us and our family room was excellent. Would definitely stay there again.

The property was nice. Unfortunately, the overall service was terrible. After check-in, upon entering the room, the door lock wasn't working. Then Air-condition was leaking and making terrible noise if I increased the Fan. The toilet door-lock wasn't working properly. I was with my family along with my infant baby, hence I spoke with the Front Office Stuff in the evening with all the concerns i had and requested for the Duty manager to speak to me which also was not communicated and i did not receive any response from the Duty Manager as well. The breakfast spread was absolutely not rich and with most guests that i spoke with shared their view about how horrible their breakfast spread was.
Being an X-Hotelier myself, at the end of the day the service matters even if the property has technical issues, whereby staying in Dayang Bay they definitely were successful to give me a horrible memory on my vacation to langkawi.

I liked everything except the condition of bathrooms. Apartment inside was a bit smelly also.
