Great location in Cenang, and a really good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff, fabulous room and a comfortable bed.

Very impressed with the accomodation. Just a couple of suggestions 1.Cusions needed on the sunbeds round the pool. 2. Rooms on the upper floors could do with a couple of chairs on the balcony.

Place under renovation

Pleasant, clean, service was good. Unfortunately place under renovation and had stairs. And was not notified in the website.

Good location close to beach, bars and restaurants. Room was basic, tv did not work, very little water pressure in shower.

Thank you so much for the honest feedback. We really appreciate you spending time leaving us a review. We also would like to apologize for the inconvenience during your stay with us. We are using a smart TV with Netflix and Youtube as our main channel. We normally explain how to use the smart TV upon check in, maybe we missed to do so for you. As the water supply, the whole island is effected, some places got slow pressure and some dont even have water supply. this is why the pressure is slow. However, we manage to reserve a few tank of water for our guests, and also had a lorry on standby to fill up our tank in case our tank emptied. Again, we are truly sorry for what happen and it will be great if this can be settle while you are here, but we missed our chance this time. We will make sure this wont happen again in the future. Thanks again for everything, Hope to see you again in the future.

Perfect Solo Getaway

Thank you for the kind hospitality.. Felt very welcomed when first arrived. Everything was smooth and fast. Staff there were friendly and always there when you need them. The room was definitely clean and neat. Perfect location. Couldn't ask for more. Would definitely recommend Arch Studio! Not forgetting, its surrounded by lotsa food and a great foot reflexology opposite. It a must have and must try! Overall, Perfect!

I could not have chosen a better place to stay for a few days in Langkawi! These rooms are directly across the street from the Oceanarium (gotta go there!) and a fabulous beach. Lots of restaurants and shopping here too. But I have to brag about the clean modern rooms, the extremely friendly staff and the posh comfy beds. Management is on its way to becoming Eco-friendly certified, using on-demand water heaters in their rain head showers, and clean refillable glass bottles of water instead of plastic, along with many other thoughtful touches. Bravo Arch Studios! I'll be back!

I like the features of the hotel coz its relatively new. Bad things abt the hotel is that construction is going on and disturbs the sleep as early as 9 am. No in room telephone, so u gotta use ur own phone if u need any room service but u didnt use any. Tv has only youtube and netflix and connection damn slow. No breakfast. However, hotel provides complimentary breakfast but its not a wow kinda breakfast. Room was invaded on the first day of stay, didnt know that there is a sign behind the window if u wish to get ur room clean or not. Ammenities. No comb provided. And hairdyer. Distance of Tv and bed is so far. Not suitable for smokers. So if u wanna smoke, need to go outside. So for those who wants privacy i guest this hotel is not suitable for u. No designated parking lots for hotel guest. But u can park ur car outside the hotel along the pathway. Overall stay was ok.

Thank you for your honest review. We also would like to apologize for the inconvenience caused throughout your stay. We will take note on it for future improvement. Let me explain on the issue mentioned above. First the in room phone, we are a small boutique hotel with 10 rooms only, we try get more direct contact with our guests to be more personalize. We always have staff around our small compound to assist our guest. As for breakfast, We notice that is not many option for guest to have breakfast around Cenang, hence we give out free breakfast to ease our guests going through long walk in the morning just to find 1 or 2 breakfast restaurant. Privacy in our main priority, We only enter guests room for cleaning, turn-down service or if there is a report of misconduct. Amenities, we will look into providing comb in the future. As for hairdryer, it is available upon request as mentioned on the welcome letter. TV, we have to admit that our room size is bigger than average room in Cenang, so we provide with a 42 inch smart tv. The smart tv has a lot more apps available such CNN, BBC and etc. just like any other smart tv. It is not only limited to Netflix and Youtube. As for smoking, we are proud to say that we dont allow smoking in all of our rooms. We try to be more clean and environmental friendly but still provide a smoking area for smokers. Smoking in room will be charge RM300 cleaning fee as all the linen including curtains, rugs and even pillow in certain cases need to be washed to keep up with our standard or cleanliness. And in your case, we only charge RM100 as we notice it does not require major cleaning. Again, we like to thank you from the bottom of our heart for spending time leaving us such a constructive comment for us to improve.
