Roadside hotel, ok for a night
Posted 7 May 2023 on HotelsThis is a hotel next to a highway and a McDonald's. It's simple, room was well isolated, breakfast was a bit below expectations, but all in all it is ok for staying overnight after a long trip

It was very quiet and the breakfast was wonderful! We were grateful for the late check-in and for the reception staff's courtesy. The sink was not clean but the rest of the room was.

Great choice
Posted 20 Sep 2021 on HotelsWe had a realky nice stay at IQ hotel. The check in was quick and the personell really kind and nice. The room was big and clean, we only paid 5 euros extra for our dog. We parked right outside the hotel and that was really convenient as well, as we were driving back home with a full car. The breakfast was divine: everything we needed was there! We will be back!

Nothing fancy, but good enough for one night stay while on the road. Located in an industrial area and the only restaurant nearby is a McDonald’s. It can be really noisy If you keep the windows open because of the highway next to the hotel. In the summer would be difficult to sleep (either the heat and mosquitos or the road noise.

Overall the hotel was awesome. The only down side was the room was very hot and the bed was uncomfortable. My husband liked the bed but i didnt. The staff was friendly and amazing!

Nice, clean, conveniently at the highway.
Posted 13 Jul 2020 on HotelsThis is an absolute recommendation for a quick night’s sleep on a roadtrip. Super close to highway, excellent free parking options, spacious room, easy check-in/check-out. Kids playground ok, enough to amuse the 3 and 7 years olds for the breakfast. Nice town just couple of km out for a nice German dinner in a beergarten. Only minus that I can think of is the disabled(!) HDMI input on the telly. Even the side input taped shut with duct tape? That is not acceptable nowadays. What could be the reason for this?

As regards the disabled HDMI input on the telly, pls be informed we were forced to shut the input as the insertion of USB sticks puts the pre-set sequence of the TV programmes out of order, i.e we have to manually re-programme the TV channels in each room every day, which is very time- consuming.
We trust you will certainly understand that this is not possible for our staff.
Yet, we would be pleased to welcome you again in our hotel for a future stay.
