Needed extra blanket, hair dryer and kleenex.
Unsafe steps outside…need railing.

Peggy, thanks for staying with us. Typically we escort all of our guest to their rooms and provide some helpful information at check in. Our goal is to provide each of our guest with whatever they want. Possibly you were a late check in and we did not have an opportunity to communicate with you upon arrival. We do answer the telephone 24 hours a day to accommodate any of your needs. Sorry about not having kleenex in your room. Hair dryers are in the cabinet and extra blankets are always available upon request. We hope you will afford us the opportunity to have you as a repeat guest.

Great location. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Room was very clean. Would definitely recommend it.
