The room was large based on European standards with a comfortable bed. The parking lot under the hotel was convenient and not overly expensive, although it would be nice to know the charge up front. The wine bar was nice and open late, and if closed there was a no host refrigerator with bottles of wine and other drinks.
The location was not the greatest for proximity to restaurants and the center plaza, but only a 5 -10 minute walk.
The staff at the hotel front desk were very helpful and attentive.

Great hotel and staff

Very Friendly and helpful staff.
Modern stylish decor with comfortable rooms.
A good base for exploring southern Germany's wine road.
The Pfalz area is not well known as a wine region to US tourists but offers great wines and nice landscape.

Cons: Dinner menu for guests arriving during the evening.
Fitness room
Modern, tastefully furnished hotel, easily accessible from the motorway and main roads. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable, well appointed rooms. Very good breakfast buffet and wine bar - though the evening menu is limited to small dishes to accompany wine.

Auch bei unserem Frühstück sparen wir nicht - Frisch zubereitete kalte und warme Speisen, ausgesuchte Wurst- und Käsesorten von den Läden "direkt um die Ecke". Umso mehr freut es uns, dass wir Sie dann auch mit unserem Frühstück beeindrucken konnten. Am Abend bieten wir kleine Gerichte an. Pros: Air conditioning, closeness to train station, cleanliness, free wifi
Cons: Although staff mainly speak English, it would be nice to have the information book in the bedroom also translated into English
