Sink taps are stylish but not particularly user-friendly with wet hands. Otherwise excellent. Staff very efficient and friendly

Graet hotel in a good location

Graet hotel with good food in the bar downstairs. Room was small but comfortable and adequte for the single nigth that I stayed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Great spot to stay

Great spot to stay in Lancaster and have stayed twice in the last four week. The evening meals are excellent as is the evening service. the food at breakfast is also great but the service at breakfast time on both occasions as been a bit slow and not really attentive
