My first stay at Arts hotel went great.. Other then the rooms being slightly dated, I will definitely be back.

Love the guest art displays and the loft-like feel of the rooms. Staff are very friendly!

Amazing accommodations our suite was gorgeous and super clean. At every turn conceirge was helpful and always polite at all hours of the day or night. I even needed extra pillows and utensils in the middle of the night and they were always accommodating. The lobby is beautiful, the bartender informative and patient when we arrived late almost before closing. The lighting drinks, tasty cocktails and art in every floor added a visual appeal and aesthetic that felt more cosmopolitan than the overall feel of being in Lancaster or near Amish country. Only con is the breakfast is not included and it is pretty below average if you have to pay for it. My daughter and husband ate breakfast and said it was pretty bad. Overall, I’d come back again in a heartbeat just take care of your own food or go out for your meal. Otherwise a stunning hotel with exceptional hospitality.

This is a cute hotel, well placed to downtown Lancaster and to Franklin and Marshall College. The bathroom was well appointed, the included breakfast was good enough (great coffee) and everything was very clean.
Downsides: the floor was not level, which led to the bed also being not level enough to be somewhat disconcerting. The elevator is oddly slow.
