There is construction going on but it really didn't affect our stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel was very clean and the staff very friendly. Breakfast was good, a lot of options available and they change items everyday so you don't have the same thing day after day.

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean and recently renovated - but the hotel is still being renovated so the score was lower than it would be once they are finished. Parking lot was very dark - most lights did not work. It did not feel safe because of this.

Wouldn’t have paid $215 a night if the pool was t working. Only reason I chose this hotel. Thumbs down.

We booked the property because of the pool. The pool is under construction, and the information about that was removed from the website before our arrival. When told about the pool not being usable when we checked in, we asked for a refund, a transfer of the reservation, or to cancel. All of those were non negotiable. I emailed back and forth with the manager for several days, she said it was not her problem to solve since I booked through Expedia there was nothing she could do about it. So, we traveled hours away for a weekend with children only to have our hotel have poor communication and zero compassion for our plans that were otherwise ruined by the weather but we thought we at least would have the hotel pool as a backup plan. Nope. No pool, and the information on the website did not meet the expectations of our booking. At least we had friends to spend our time with and made the best of it with no help from our host/manager at this hotel.
