I did like that the room we used had a sofa sleeper along with an extra easy chair that was comfy. The room was a little large than most rooms with a king size bed and the sofa sleeper and then the extra bunk seat that was also cushy. What I was disappointed on was the hot tub was cold, but the pool was a little warm. And no towels in the pool area, but we did ask for some. And I did pay over $200 for one night and I come to BW for the hot tub. The water was somewhat unclean.

bring your own pillows. towels were dirty. extremely loud at night with banging and noise at 3 am every night
