Dean was amazing. We jumped right into the French experience. Dean helped us decide exactly what to do to make our touring perfectly efficient. Dean also has the gift of hospitality. Our only regret is not staying with longer.

I think that croissants, baguette, a regional specialty bread, a home made goodie, yogurts, two different types of confiture, orange juice as well as unlimited tea and coffee constituted a pretty good breakfast. Mustn't be greedy, must we. In addition, being here for only one night, you are unaware that the breakfast changes daily. For a full English, stay home.

Normandy and the countryside
Posted 8 Jun 2019 on HotelsI wanted a country stay. This was a great experience. Large rooms with wonderful views of the beautiful Normandy countryside. Dean was very helpful with an itinerary during the 75th anniversary of DDay. We had the most beautiful experience. It was the perfect setting for our Normandy experience.

We stayed at this beautiful B&B in mid July of this year. Dean was the consummate host and we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The rooms were great and the property has a very interesting history. Dean has many great stories to tell and was very knowledgeable and helpful to us regarding places to visit and how to get around. If we every get back to the Normandy region we will request to stay here again and will recommend it to our friends and family. Thank you Dean for a wonderful stay in Normandy.

Simply Wonderful
Posted 7 Aug 2018 on HotelsLa Beauconniere is probably the best B&B my wife and I have ever had the pleasure of staying at. The rooms were spotless, the breakfast was delicious, but most importantly the owners were phenomenal. Dean and Susan were incredibly welcoming and genuinely nice people. Dean's knoweledge of the area and of all the WW2 sites made our day so much easier. Staying here was the absolute highlight of our two week trip in Europe and we almost cancelled our last leg of the trip in Paris just to continue our stay here. I honestly can not recommend this place enough and will definitely be staying here the next time we come to Normandy.
