We have stayed here peviously and have never had any concerns. This year we stayed at one of their renovated rooms. It was a very nice experience. It's a great place to stay and within easy driving distance to shoping, restaurants, area beaches and other intersting things to do.

Property was under going renovations but the noise was non existent. The room was cleaned daily except on the day I extended my reservation. Somehow or someone placed a DND sign on the door knob. I leave the room daily around 8am so I wouldn’t have placed the sign on the door knob. When I returned my room key didn’t work due to extending which I wasn’t told that, that would be the case when I extended at the front desk upon check in. Naturally I passed the front desk to go up to my room to see the DND sign which was weird and my key didn’t work. Had to go back down to get a new key which was an inconvenience because I was carrying materials from work. Then I return to the room to find that my room wasn’t cleaned which I wasn’t thrilled about. Better communication or information should be given on the process for extending a stay.

The property was extremely outdated and the tub was dirty. For the amount they charged per night, I expected more. Especially since other Hilton hotels are more updated. This hilton hotel only updated the main entrance and left customers out to dry.

Toooo expensive for amenities they provide Everything is chargeable even after paying high amount per night will not recommend

We stayed overnight. I did like the hotel and the rooms. They were very clean and quiet. Polite staff. I did not like the fact that I was charged $74 for my small 12lb dog. I also did not like the fact that the breakfast was not complimentary. Buffet style breakfast, which was limited with options. Not worth the cost.

Absolutely nothing for free. No coffee. No continental breakfast. No water or cookies when you check in with kids. I was lucky to get a spoon when I asked for one. All for $400 in the middle of nowhere New Jersey. Our floor was under construction and when we got off the elevator there was construction paper on the floor. And to boot my daughter and her 2 friends all got chemical burns from the way over chlorinated pool. They were in for about an hour and came out with red burning eyes and my daughter’s face was all red and blotchy. They all needed eye drops. And I had to put antibiotic ointment on my daughter’s face for 4 days for the redness to finally go away. Even gave her Benadryl thinking it was maybe an allergy but it wasn’t. The other girls had red faces as well. And areas on their legs and arms were red. Extremely dissatisfied considering the price. Will be calling to try get a refund.

We apologize you weren't happy with our breakfast accommodations. Water is for Silver, Gold and Diamond members. Hilton Garden Inn's do not provide cookies at check in. There are 18 Hilton brands with various standards. It's 20.89 for the breakfast buffet and not a one-time serving. Coffee is served for free during breakfast hours. We do check our pool levels daily, but regardless I will notify our maintenance. Again, we apologize you weren't happy with your recent stay with us. Thank you for your review and feedback!
