I would like a refund my room was hot,it had a bad smell inside the whole place sink was stoped up

For an older property it is very well maintained.

I did not like staying here at all. I didn’t feel safe- there was a sliding patio door with only a flimsy lock and no further bar in the slider for protection (first floor room- patio open to common area). The bathroom was not clean, the refrigerator didn’t work, and I had to pay an additional $100 deposit which they said will take up to a week to be refunded. I did not have pets- this is their policy. I will not stay there again.
