Room was not clean. Toenail and piece of orange on air conditioner. Carpet badly stained. Bed linens wrinkled so I was concerned they hadn’t been changed with all the other issues. Dusty window surfaces and smudges on counters. Breakfast was cold and dried out. Lots of traffic noise and thin walls. I asked for room change and room was better but hotel needs overhaul in staff, renovation, and regular deep cleaning. I would have left if I could. I will not stay there again and I will seek reviews from multiple sources next time. Holiday Inn has fallen really low.

Toliet in my room didn't work & pool was filthy

We chose this property because we had no choice as others in Tallahassee were overpriced/booked for graduation. The staff is kind and friendly. The room we booked was a KING SUITE which was not clean when we opened to door (bed sheets piled up on the bed etc). Immediately went to desk where we had a room changed to a suite/2 queens which WAS CLEAN.
