No paper, pen, bible, phone book. No radio. Phone but didn’t work even though plugged in. Told continental breakfast, went to ask what time and was told only cereal but they ran out of milk. Staff didn’t know where anything was, ex: game room. Game room had games that didn’t work and the ones that did offered prizes but were empty. Uncomfortable couch, bed. No dirty clothes bag. Very low water pressure, not cold for drinking or brushing teeth. Coffee pot had to be moved as it was not near an outlet, coffee came out luke warm. Front desk didn’t tell us correct directions to our room. Very dark not enough lighting even with every light turned on. Tv was use your own device to watch anything or watch bad channels. Weather channel not even local. Had rolling chair that was incredibly hard to move. Wanted to use swim up bar but no bartender, was told they’d have to bring from bar with entertainment but you’d have to get out and go ask them to bring to you. Told mini golf 1 minute walk but not told you had to cross a busy Bagnell dam blvd. all stores in downtown were closed. Only good things: Amy, Thomas (bartenders) Wes GM for bar and Jordan or Jordy the singer Tuesday night. Wednesday nights musician wouldn’t take requests and was rude and full of himself. If I have a chance to go back I would stay somewhere else.
