The building we stayed in is in poor condition. The spa was wonderful, but our room had a dirty bathroom floor, dirty stained bathroom ceiling, and the door knob feel off the back door to the deck.

Our stay was 5/25/2024-5/27/2024 and we were unimpressed for $250/night plus “resort fees”of $35 extra. Not sure what for, the place is dirty and way outdated. Windows were dirty and full of cobwebs in the main entrance stairway up to 2nd floor. Our room balcony was over the trash area and heard beep beep beep as workers were in and out of there not to mention horrible view. No refrigerator in room to even keep bottles of water cold had to buy a cooler to put ice in just for waters. The tub felt like would step through it and terrible bathroom lighting and no exhaust for shower steam. The indoor pool area windows were gross and the plants looked like dying. Our room had double doors but were wood so not very secure and if you don’t lock the side door you can push both open with no key. Security issue for sure. The marina area half the tall lights were out. Hard to find places following signs like breezes and half their buffet was empty/cold during the main hours. Couldn’t get into the spa so had to go to margaritaville and got in there was so nice. Doubt we stay at the lodge of four seasons at the lake ever again. Just so outdated and dirty for $250/night. Didn’t even have a golf special nor were asked, brought our clubs to play but cost was so high after paying over $550 to stay for 2 nights. Will not recommend. This was not a great experience. Online photos make the rooms look much nicer.

Extremely dated and poorly maintained. Nice view if you can overlook the building issues.

Our room was clean but was surprised room didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave. TV never worked properly buffered constantly. Didnt complain as were their 2 nights and busy.

The overall property was stunning but dated but for the age of 60 years it was a unique experience bringing you back to the past and what an amazing experience discovering the property. The only issue was building 2’s front doors banged as it closed and needed new door closures. It was extremely loud bashing behind you when it closed and we can hear people walking in or out in our room at night because we were on the 2nd floor. I did report it so they can hopefully fix it before season at the end of the month.

I like that they offered an upgrade to our room, they quickly brought extra towels, bathroom could be updated. Pool is very nice!
