I like that they offered an upgrade to our room, they quickly brought extra towels, bathroom could be updated. Pool is very nice!

The ice maker did not work. There was no microwave nor a fridge.

Please know there are no microwaves in our guest rooms but one available for guest use 24 hours near our Lobby Cafe' and Bar. The Seasons Bay guest rooms do not have refrigerators, but all Main Lodge guest rooms do, I hope this information helps with future bookings. Hotel needs major upgrade. Lived at Atrium. Old carpets and worn out furniture in the room. Plus point- japanese garden was beautiful.

The property was very dated and poorly maintained. The water features throughout the facility were not functioning. The entire premises had a very stale, dank odor. The shower in our room was dated and awful. The ice machines had decay all around them. Our room smelled overly strong of cheap cologne to hide the smell of an old, rotting facility. The balcony rail was barely attached and unsafe. Do not stay here.

I loved the lake view. The bed was comfortable but the bathroom was super old and gross.
