The staff was great, but the property and rooms are dated. Plus, there are guests who appear to be living their extended times.

The room was smelly. The fridge was advanced and disconnected and water was leaking from it. (The lady confirmed that she moved and unplugged it to let the ice melt - though did not place something to keep the water and forgot to bring it back in place.) The place was infested with fleas. (She acknowledged that the room should be treated by a profl.) I booked at about 9pm and left at 11:45pm, and I said I had to check out, and they did not offer any compensation. I needed to get out - so I left. They said they would leave a note on paper because I left before the "next day"!)

Description on Expedia indicates that this property has a pool. It does not. Advertises continental breakfast but only has two choices, coffee and a muffin.

The staff here as very nice and helpful it just was not clean it smells like animals the moment you walk in the whole property itself needs a facelift especially inside the rooms but no issues otherwise

What was not satisfying about property was system was not up to par with 3rd party booking vendors seems like and room itself seemed like it was a pet friendly room near other pets and smokers on same floor as i wanted Non smoking room, which i got, but still near smokers. Just honestly wasnt satisfying for me wanting a relaxed n comfort stay..
