Not very welcoming. We checked out before our Check out time…. I paid so much money for this room and turned out I had to pay even more for the WiFi smh the elevators SMELLED so horrible I couldn’t eat literally because of the smell from the elevator had my stomach hurting so bad….. 2 out 10 NEVER AGAIN

Service desk was courteous and check in was fast. Room was very clean and comfortable. Bed was comfortable but could've used another pillow or 2 as they are very small. Bathroom was spacious and very clean, but ask for another soap. Only got one for 2 persons to wash hands and shower. There was no breakfast items, but not a concern for us. This is a no frills hotel, but would definately stay there again if in town.

This property is a long-term stay so not a 24-hr front desk. No way to get back in if you forget your key card, or for guests to get in, etc. The person who is supposed to answer the phone doesn't. People wait at the door hoping someone with a key will come along and let them in. (Of course, could be anyone off the street, not a resident, and nobody monitors). Hotel is OK but be aware of these limitations.

I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy your stay with us. The security doors are in place for your safety. I did check our call log for that night but found no missed calls. I did discuss it with my staff and explained you situation to them. fortunately, because of the security door random people cannot just walk in off the street.

Elevators didn’t work and staff put me on the 3 rd floor with a baby and 4 year old. Would not do anything to accommodate me (no lower floor room, refund, etc. I will not be staying here again

OK its a budget hotel, I get that part. The only amenity - the instant coffee machine was out of order @ 7:30a. No biggy. Desk closed, roll-up door down and locked. Which brings up the primary problem: idiot next door blasting TV all night. No phone in room to call next door and say, "turn it down" and desk totally closed so no help from "office". Two hours sleep = 2 generous stars.

On your arrival when you check in the front desk should have made you aware that the front desk opens at 8:00 am and Closes at 10:00pmThere is however always someone on property to help if needed. The 500 number written on your keycard holder is the number you would dial should any problems arise. We encourage our guests to make us aware of any issues in the room in order for us to make it right for you. The coffee had to be changed as we have a lot of early morning workers that consume an abundance of it and is replenished as soon as we open up.
