As someone who made a guaranteed reservation and did not stay with us, I'm sorry you felt the need to leave the review you did. Unfortunately, if you don't cancel the reservation prior to deadline, you are charged by the booking agent a penalty of the 1st nights room and tax.

The room was decent. The air conditioning was off completely which left a stale stagnant smell in the room and the handle of the sink faucet had what looked like dried toothpaste all over the underside of the handle, but overall the room was fine.
