Charming, CLEAN and cozy. Good continental breakfast. Great bar and lounge area. Convenient to shops and varieties of restaurants. Amiable hosts. Furnished terrace out back. Good size room with comfy bed and pillows. Ample drawers. Felt homey. We would've given it a 5 star if it wasn't for the noise from the bar reaching the room. Had to wear my earplugs to block it out. We would've prefered a hot breakfast as well.

Awkward unpleasant stay
Posted 10 Oct 2023 on HotelsLimited tight parking. No assistance up steep stairs to second floor with luggage. Room was small but clean. Noise from inside bar kept us awake until it closed on the Sunday night we stayed. Awakened at 4:00 AM by couple quarreling in adjacent room. Walls are thin! Really sleepless night. We couldn’t wait to get out of there.

The Village of Lake George is notoriously difficult to park in, so we are very grateful to be able to provide free, off-street parking for our guests.Our team members are trained to always offer assistance with luggage upon check-in, so we are surprised to hear this was not done during your check-in, and we apologize. We are a small, boutique hotel (which we believe adds to the charm!) but with that, unfortunately, places many rooms in near proximity. The cocktail lounge does stay open until 10pm Thurs-Sun (hours are posted on our website and exterior of the building) but we do apologize on behalf of any late-night quarreling neighbors in the room adjacent to yours.Thank you for your feedback and safe travels!

This is a perfect property for or a weekend getaway. The owners are very friendly, courteous, and got us checked in early.
The room was clean, bedding very comfortable and an easy system set up for locking the room.
The Inn is very walkable to many stores and restaurants and had ample parking.
I highly recommend the Inn at Lake George.
