I couldn’t sleep for one night due to loud noises throughout the night. They changed my room and said that this was a quiet area. It clearly was not a quiet area because at night there were kids screaming really late at night, knocking on our door multiple times and running up and down the halls. I let the receptionist know and although they did speak to the guests, it didn’t affect how they acted. They couldn’t switch the room I booked because it was sold out. I have never experienced being at a hotel where it was so chaotic and noisy.

parking fee and lack of restaurants

Good day Behzad.Thank you for taking the time to share your experiance. We have a restaurant on property for our guest to enjoy and several restaurants within walking distance. We are sorry you where disappointed with the parking fee. We do charge all of our guest for parking.

Upon entering, you are greeted with a spacious seating area and excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and it was very quiet. My friend and I had a restful night. I will definitely visit again.

Mili at the front desk went out of her way to assist us. She was wonderful. Our rooms were clean and comfortable and parking was easy and close by.

I dislike the property because I found hair in the bed, and I don't like the design of the bathroom door, the faucet position, and the toilet paper placement. Also soundproofing is very poor.
