Definition of you get what you pay for I guess. AC not working in the room. Hot tub was almost the same temperature as the unheated pool. When I reported my room was 82° front desk shrugged his shoulders and said oh well there’s nothing I can do. Had to call corporate number then they found a room that was not the same as what I paid for. Gave me two bottles of water and a cookie and said sorry for the inconvenience rather than talk about any sort of rate reduction for not getting the room that I actually paid for and having to move at 10 PM at night Front desk staff was confrontational at best and did not acquiesce or comply until I called the one 800 customer service number. Definitely not what I’m used to from best Western hotels. Breakfast options were really good though.

Second time staying here, only bad part was the hot tub wasn’t hot. Other than that great stay!!!

Great property! Family friendly. Rooms were clean & good size! Would stay here again

Outside entrance to rooms. Old hotel. Paper thin towels. Key stopped working twice.
Good service, clean and fantastic breakfast.
