The only problem, which we are still experiencing isnthat our room keys stop working since last night. We had to get the front desk to open our room.

The room didn't seems as tidy as my last visit. I woke up for church Sunday morning on my way out I seen the maids in the hallway. And out of curtasy I notified them that my room was empty. She asked what room I was in I told her. When I got back later in the afternoon the room was still not serviced the lady had gone down the hallway and missed my room. I asked her for my bedsheets and towels so that I can just do it myself. She didn't have the bed size because she never had my room on the list until another lady pointed it out to her on her list. It was okay I guess I made it work. Maybe I'll try the Moreno valley one next time.

When there are special requests, we do encourage our guests to go to the front desk. We are sorry the housekeeper who was assigned to your room was not able to get to it right away. We are sorry for the inconvenience, however, we do encourage to communicate with the front desk if you would like your room to be cleaned at the time of your preference. Thank you
