Room no remote, staff not friendly. I had no requests but was in a room without soap in tub dispenses. Torn furniture sofa. I took a picture to show to them. When I checked in.

Bedding was comfortable, staff ok. Breakfast included pretty standard. Close to freeway for easy access.

The staff were friendly and helpful, the property was conveniently located to UNT and other areas of interest, the breakfast was delicious, and the rooms were very affordable. This was especially important to me given that I was reserving multiple rooms.

Romeo and Cookie at the front desk were very nice and professional. The hotel was clean and though I didn't swim, the pool looked quite refreshing.

Had a minor issue with the room they gave me.. I went to the front desk to let them know n they accommodated me with no questions asked. The staff was friendly ppl. I will be staying here again
