This is an older motel but the rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here on another visit.

Comfortable bed. Absolutely no water from sink.

This property served it's purpose for us. It was quite inexpensive and well located for fast food in Lake City. The staff was absolutely WONDERFUL and very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was really great, enjoyed something different everyday. Pool was open and clean. Thank you guys for a nice stay.

The whole place was dirty, room WREAKED of cigarettes and weed. When i checked out told the desk clerk and she laughed! First room was so bad i went back and changed rooms second room was mildew and smoke smells. Only positive was the night desk clerk she was amazing.
