I was double charged for my room. I booked the room on Expedia & upon arrival the clerk said she needed my I.d. & debit card to charge the room. I told the clerk that I booked & paid through Expedia & she disrespectful just rolled her eyes & then tells my fiance “I need an I.D. & debit card”. Then the morning I check my bank statement & I see where I was charged by Expedia & I was charged by the hotel….. & the curtains in our room don’t close & there was a big bright streetlight literally right outside of our window so it shined into our room all night.

They gave us room that had people in it and then they gave us a smaller room than we booked.

Very friendly staff, brand new facility, muddy exterior, loud room noise and AC was super loud. Bed comfy, shower large, very quick stay friendly.

New, clean but not quiet

New standard Hampton Inn. I found it very easy to hear people in the room next door, TVs on through the doors and people walking on the floor above me, even with ear plugs in. Expected it to be quieter. Everything else was as expected
