Support for checking was great. When it turned out that communication was sent to incorrect number, staff was able to assist quickly over the phone. We quickly received the information needed and everything worked out great. Love the lights and the balcony and the seating areas are great!

Very quiet location. 5 minute walk to local 24hr convenience store and 10 minute walk to Lake Arrowhead Village.

Staff was very accommodating; easy self-check in. Great location. Easy walk to Arrowhead Village.

Pros: The modern interiors, the room is clean abd nicely decorated, it is clean, the bed is comfortable, Cons: We weren’t able to sleep well because we can hear the footsteps of people occupying the room above us. The breakfast wasn’t served on time, and the pool is not available for use.

We definitely strive to provide the best experience for all of our guests while staying with us. Please note, our property does not have a pool nor are we able to extend lake access to our guests. Please be sure to reach out to see where there might of been a misunderstanding. As for the slight delay with Sunday's breakfast, it was a unforeseeable mishap which has been addressed with our staff internally ;) While we will hope the events we host during our guests' stay are on time, we're also understanding and considerate of our staff and to the factors that may caused the delays.
