Run down Soviet style hotel.

Pros: Absolutely nothing.
Cons: Close this place and tear it down.
Location: We passed through on a bicycle trip, there was nothing charming or interesting about this place. We should have continued to Phong To.
This was by far the worst hotel I have ever booked on Orbitz. Even for USD 53 it was a complete rip-off. Absolutely nothing good to say about this place...

Beter een hotel boeken in de oude stad dichtbij het busstation.
