Room and the bed linens were very smelly and dirty there were only one towel in the bath room I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Total rip off, dont stay here
Posted 24 Sep 2016 on HotelsDont trust the pictures that are shown on the room images here. I booked a deluxe suite but the room that I got was totally opposite to a "Suite" . The room was stinking and very small, and being a claustrophobic it was a very difficult stay for me. Moreover, they close their doors at 12, I arrived late and had to call their service number several times to get the main gate of the hotel opened. Would never recommend this to anyone.

Pros: Convenient location; very helpful staff; decent breakfast; good room service; good value for money.
Cons: Shower spills water in the bathroom--need to improve the shower door.

Never going back
Posted 27 Nov 2011I will just keep it simple. Its location is good as it is close to the airport. The breakfast was good and the overall impression you get is pretty good but the room was horrible. The beds and pillows were soggy and there was a strange smell (moisture/humidity) in the room like it has been closed for a while so I had trouble sleeping, I just couldn't wait to get out of that room and the night to be over with.

Better choices elsewhere in the city
Posted 29 Jan 2011The room smelled musty. The bed linen was dirty with black stains on the sheets, which had obviously not been washed for sometime. There were soot-like dust stains on the sofas. The bathroom got flooded when I took a shower. They leave plastic sandals for you to walk around in the wet bathroom. I thought that the hotel cost was too high in relation to the quality of the place. I had picked the place because it appeared to be relatively centrally located opposite the Aitchison College. However, there are other hotels in Lahore in the same price range that would offer relatively clean accomodation. I asked the concierge for help with a taxi and they arranged a dirty cab. Car rental companies in the city offer attractive rates with clean, chauffeur cars that are a much better option, I learned later. Despite claims about high speed internet access, there was no access in the room or in the lobby. On the positive side, the staff were helpful and courteous. Perhaps, they did not realize what a shabby accomodation they operate.

Hotel ist gut gelegen. Frühstück war in Ordnung. Absoluter Pluspunkte: Sehr bequeme Matratze und sehr geräumiges Zimmer.
