The Hyatt Regency was awesome. From the staff to the property and the beach. 10/10 recommend. We didn’t want to leave. Loved that you could hang a notice on the door and receive a $10 credit for not using room service! Larry at Umalu was the best! Mahalo!!! ❤️

My family and I had a wonderful stay. The whole staff was so nice and informative. We felt very welcomed. 2 names stood out to us Marisa from house keeping and Gary from the swan court. They made our experience so much nicer. Our boys will forever have their own hand shake because of Gary. Thank you To the beautiful people, even the animals from Maui. It was truly Paradise.

This place is our yearly family vacation destination!! We have been here twice and love it. Great food options and great customer service always. Highly recommended for any family with toddler or teenagers.
