Roaches in the room, blocked showered drain, intercom/phone wasn't working. I told the receptionist, they brought a Raid Spray from under the desk. They fixed the drain but after I brought it up with the booking company they said there wasn't an issue with the room. I left the same day.

Overall good
Posted 21 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe experience was good, neat, though the rooms are smaller than i though but not bad. I was disappointed with the food though, it seemed that it has stayed long time in the fridge. Every other things i give a good grade.

It was a nice check in but the room was of a lesser quality. The side light was damaged, beddings were dirty and the wall where the ac is located was not looking good. However, i called to ask for a change of room the next day and my request was granted.
