Arrived at property not what was advertised and no staff came until 15 minutes to service desk. Did not stay and payment was collected.

The lady at check in was really nice. The door to the room had tape on the inside bc there was a gap between the frame and the door. The electrical outlet is missing the frame in the bathroom. Near the shower head the tile is cracked. Could hear the next door (111) people fighting and yelling all day the second day there. The first night around 12:30a, they were banging on the walls and using a drill for almost an hour. The worse thing was that housekeeping passed our room numerous times throughout the day and never once stopped to see if we needed anything, but the minute we left to go get food for lunch around 12:30p, they entered our room. We were only gone 20-30 mins if that. They gave us fresh towels and took the old ones, which we didn’t mind using. We had our electronics and other personal items out.

The staff wanted to do every thing they could to make our stay a nice one. We liked the fact that it was VERY close to the interstate.we also liked the fact that it was not on a HOTEL row. Having a police station just a few blocks away gave a good sense of safety we plan to stay here very time when we trave from Texas to Florida

Property nears the end of a road such that there is almost no traffic. Sure, a few yard farther is a busy freeway running parallel, but they are not whizzing by directly in front of guests. Also, the back of the property has no street noise. There was less noise from other guests and such was of lower volume than one might expect from a "value" property such as s6. The property would benefit from some care, but I have seen so many more that cost more in far worse disrepair. Check in was a breeze. There was no third degree questioning and I was quickly given a key. Also, no scam deposit was requested, which I appreciate. There was a young housekeeping guy that was very helpful, and I appreciated his assistance when I had needs. Their were no "do not disturb" door markers and other guests created their own. I should have done similarly to avoid an unwanted entrance. The room was very small, with little room between the chair that sat beneath a television and small ledge that could be used as a makeshift desk, consistant with this teir of lodging. The bathroom was of surprisingly high quality. Just a shower without a bath, but a pretty good one, and the sink was perhaps a step up on much more expensive establishments. I was unbothered by the absence of a coffee maker, was thrilled with the full size fridge, and found the microwave servicable. I might have like drawers for gear, but the cubbies were also servicable.

Outstanding Studio 6

This is a very nice and well run Studio 6. There was some confusion with my room when I got there, but the staff were excellent, and worked promptly to make sure that I got the first floor room that I needed. I ended up staying in one of their kitchenette rooms and it was just lovely. It was very clean and very comfortable. The service was excellent and I would stay here again and suggest it to anyone. it was also central true restaurants and everything I needed.
