Disrespectful Maid

My stay was amazing until the house keeper started banging on my door at 9am saying it was time to check out. Check out is at 11am and not 9am.

A/C cover panel broken, sheets and curtains had holes in them, bathroom fixtures where rusty

The rooms where nasty and they had roaches. When I told the front desk that the room they gave me wasn’t the room I booked or that it didn’t look like the one online they told me no refunds!

I expected basic, but I did not expect dirty and nasty. Manager did not help. Was supposed to call following day… never happened.
