Beds dilapidated and worn. Walls are paper thin. So very loud family with kids next door. Could hear everything. Fairly clean

I am sorry to learn that you did not have the best stay with us. I beds were just replaced in 2019. I am sorry if they appear worn. I also apologize that you could hear the family next door. Our adjoining rooms do not seem to be as quiet as non-adjoining rooms. Please request a non-adjoining room for your next visit and I am sure it will be more quiet. We hope for another opportunity to provide you with a better stay.

The door lock was very difficult to open. I was so concerned that I did not leave the room again (e.g., for ice, for breakfast) as I was concerned my possessions would be locked inside. Also, I could not get the volume to work for the television. The person at the desk noted the problems immediately when I told her anout the problems.
