Location, location, location. If you're attending the Laconia Motorcycle Rally, Weirs Beach Motel and Cottages is great. Easy walk to restaurants, bars, rally events, etc. Easy check-in and check-out. Room was very clean and Carrie tries to accommodate everyone's wishes. This is our second time staying here and we'll be back again.

We had a great time , perfect location for bike week . The only downside is after paying in full through expedia , they warn of of extra fees for a lot of things , but i what wont know what my total cost will be untill credit card bill comes . im counting on it to be what a ageed to when booked , if not ill have an issue too deal with. but i had a blast staying here

In regard to the cost of your stay, please know that we can email you a copy of your folio. You just need to call us so we could get the correct email address. The only fee we charge is a cleaning fee for large units of 30. That should have been on your reservation confirmation from Expedia as well as from the confirmation that we send out once we receive your reservation. Had new shower and toilet, the rug definitely needed to go. Had a nasty odor to it. Other than that it was fine

This is not a “5 star” resort but it is 5 stars for what it is. Quaint, comfortable
