Leaky taps. Bed very very hard. Broken tiles in bathroom. We had to call room service 7 times and wait 30 mins for bath towels. Only received 1 towel for 2 people. Tea cups in rooms but no hot water jug. Linen dirty. Bathroom cracked tiles and hand basin taps gushing water on floor. No toiletries. Notji g good about the property.

Balcony can be cleaned, parking is very tight. Other ways great for short stay. Our first time in North

Staff pay no attention. The restaurant staff could careless. Broken doors, no towels and the place in general needs a lot of maintenance
