June stay
Posted 22 Jun 2022 on HotelsCheck in was great, we were greeted and shown to our room by a very welcoming and friendly receptionist. Pool and garden areas were lovely and peaceful with amazing views of the mountains. The food at the restaurant was good and very reasonably priced, also the waiter who served us was helpful and polite. Unfortunately we found the beds to be rather uncomfortable and the en suite bathroom to be tired and in need of updating/deep cleaning. Overall you are paying for the views and the area, however if some small updates were made this would be a bargain. Another slight disappointment which is not a fault of the hotel was when we returned to our car in the private basement parking area, to find that someone had left and Apple core on the roof of our car.

Pretty, but not worth it
Posted 26 May 2017 on HotelsBreakfast buffet had been left out so I got food poisoning on the first day of my stay. There was no one at the front desk when my group returned from dinner, so we were locked out of the hotel and were fortunate to find one unlocked door in the back part of the hotel to get in - otherwise we were prepared to disturb the one other guest at the hotel to let us in. The rubber gaskets in the showers were rotted out or missing, so three of our rooms were flooded by the showers. Upon check-out there was again no one working at the front desk, so we were unable to get receipts for our stay. TERRIBLE customer service experience, literally the only thing positive about the place was it is very pretty and appeared to be clean.
