The hotel is a bit dated and desperately needs a refresh. The site, however, is fantastic and the property has lots of potential. Service was also quite good for a hotel of this level.

Great hotel in an awesome spot
Posted 22 Aug 2018 on HotelsWe had a very pleasant stay in Caldes de Boí. The hotel is well equipped, with 3 swimming pools and a bar by the pool, a reading room and a living room both very cozy. Our room and our bathroom had a pretty good size. The staff, specially from the bar&restaurant were very kind. The hotel surroundings are amazing, plenty to do, walk around in their gardens, go for a short walk to the spring water fountains by the hotel, walk some waterfalls nearby... It is a beautiful spot and if the weather is glorious, it is like paradise. My only negative comment is regarding their WIFI, was very weak and in some parts of the hotel worked on and off, not reliable. It needs improvement. I cannot comment on the spa services since I did not use them. In general it was an extremely positive experience.

good but let down by service-restaurant
Posted 21 Jul 2017 on HotelsGreat location and access to mountains. Badly let down by restaurant in the evening with having to book and wait even though half empty. Food itself good for dinner but actually went to next door hotel for meal second night given these difficulties. Staff unhelpful and in restaurant head waitress quite rude.

Great location for nature lovers

Posted 31 May 2011NOT WORTH 4 STARS.ALL SEEMED A BIT RUN DOWN.VERY LITTLE INFO PROVIDED IN ROOM OR IN ANY OTHER FORM AND STAFF NOT VERY HELPFUL WHEN ASKED. [EG TIMES OF MEALS, FACILITIES ETC.] ONE EXCEPTION TO THIS WERE THE DINING ROOM STAFF WHO WERE VERY PLEASANT.

Piscines extérieures chaudes et accessibles.
Très bon rapport qualité prix, super petit déjeuner et bon repas. Le restaurant d'à côté également excellent et varié.
Informations à l’accueil très médiocre en ce qui concerne l’accès au balnéo. Les prix semblent prohibitifs pour un simple accès au sauna ou au hammam.
