"Good quality bed in 2 out of 4 rooms in which I stayed over the course of 2.5 weeks. Breakfast was fine to good; more healthy options (plain oatmeal, non-Sugary cereals) would have been nice. Scrambled Eggs had a weird artificial consistency. Some front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Hallway on 3rd floor had unpleasant smell. Gym was small but decent."

"Disgusting room with the cigarette smell and stains on the bed. The toilet was dirty. We had to leave after getting there. I want a refund."

"There was lots of trash outside of the main entrance with an over-flowing garbage. It remained that way when we checked out the following day. Also, the bathtub looked dirty although I imagine it was actually cleaned. They need to seriously update the rooms on the property."

"Fairly clean. The bed linens seemed clean, but the carpet was gross and there was hair ob the bathroom wall behind the towel bar and on the back wall of the shower. The bed wasn't very comfortable. Pillows were good. The while place needs a refresh."

" We have stayed here in the past and never had any issues; however, this time we were very disappointed with our experience. During our stay, our room was never refreshed or cleaned. We personally asked the front desk twice to have our room cleaned, but no one ever came. At checkout, we voiced our concerns and were told that the manager would call us back, but we are still waiting for that call. As Bonvoy members, we are extremely disappointed with the level of service we received. In addition, we had to repeatedly ask for clean towels, and my husband even found bugs in the room. Unfortunately, due to this experience, we will no longer be staying here when we visit Staten Island."
