"I would strongly advise future customers to stay away from this option. We arrived in town for a funeral and were met with a filthy, disgusting lobby area that does NOT reflect what was shown in the photos. It smelled like chemicals, but that was an attempt to cover up the intense smell of smoke. We got to the room, which could barely fit two people in it at one time, and there was no functioning heat in 30 degree temperatures. Upon letting the only working staff member know, he brought in a space heater, which made the electricity in the entire building go out. When I asked if I could please have a refund so that I may take my two children to a different local hotel, I was given a phone number that I called about 30 time that no one would answer. This place is an absolute nightmare and I would urge others to look elsewhere. "

"This was an awful stay. They had the wrong information for the shuttle, which ended up costing us $50 in a taxi fare. Then, when I got to the hotel, there was no one to check us in for at least 10 minutes. When she did show up, there was no apology for the wait or the wrong information given for the shuttle. The hotel is run down. It says that breakfast is provided, but it is just muffins in plastic that you can take with you. Truly the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. "

"Breakfast was excellent! I liked the self-make pancakes, must try. The staff were excellent and the room was very tidy and clean! The only complaint I had was the shuttle pickup at the airport was not punctual and organized. The shuttle was supposed to be coming in at the Newark airport every 30 mins, I waited for more than 1h 15 mins and it never showed up. The shuttle for Embassy suites was kind enough to pick me up as Hampton Inn and suites was right across, it was a bit frustrating to wait after a very long flight. However, everything else was great though!"
