"We had a wonderful 2-night stay at Sea Pearl Luxury Rooms — the room was well designed, modern, spotless, great A/C, free street parking in front, and close to the Migliarina train station to go to cinque terre which was much quieter and easier to park than céntrale. We appreciated the daily housekeeping, stocked mini bar fridge with reasonable prices and coffee/tea. Also try Andree restaurant when you’re in La Spezia, can’t recommend it enough! "

"Property was easy to get to. So close to the main train station. Right on one of the main streets of La Spezia. There is a small lift if you don’t want to go up the 3 flights of stairs. But they are nice easy stairs. The place was pretty big, had a fridge which was great and air con. Came back to a made bed every afternoon and clean room. Really enjoyed my stay. Would recommend it. "The property was clean, staff was extremely helpful when we needed information about ferry and bus service. Ferry to Cinque Terre is walking distance along with several bus stops to the train station. Around the corner is a handful of restaurants and cafes. A small market is close by. Hotel had a nice breakfast with light fare that included eggs, bacon, yogurt, and breads. We were pleased with our short stay. Con-there is no elevator if you have large luggage. "
